Hacienda Pura Vista, located between the beaches of Marsella and Maderas, and directly above Marsella bay, is a brand new home that offers incredible panoramic ocean to land views and access in minutes to some of the most consistent surf and beautiful beaches in all of Nicaragua. Its hilltop location and multi-level covered deck surrounding design insures cool, comfortable living year round without the need for air-conditioning, allowing the sound of the waves breaking on the beach as well the monkey and bird song to filter through the house day and night.

The prices quoted in this listing are for the upper two floors of the house, which incorporates a large fully equipped kitchen- spacious open living area with a large LCD TV/ home entertainment system design with a half bath serving this area, and two bedrooms with in-suite full bathrooms each, and a large bedroom, full bath, and study on the top floor, sleeping a total of 12 persons (5 full beds and 1 queen). Additionally, the first floor is available for rent, either in conjunction with the upper floors or by itself. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a large bedroom with two queen size beds.
