This newly built home is located in a private subdivision at playa Marsella, Bosques del Mar. This development is just 4 kilometers outside of San Juan del Sur, on the northern side. Just a short walk away lies Marsella beach, where the development has a private access to the beach, along with a private, covered rancho area along with bathrooms and an outside shower. Maderas beach, the popular surf spot for those living in San Juan del Sur, is just a short drive to the north of Bosques del Mar. There are guards at the entrance to the development and the main outside area is very well lit, adding security and privacy to the home.
The home has a fully operational kitchen, with a gas stove/oven, a refrigerator, purified water fountain, silverware, cutting boards, and even a blender. The home comes with a 21-inch television and DVD player, and an ever-growing selection of movies. The two bedrooms each have a closet, queen size bed and fans. There is also another floor bed that can be laid out for guests, sleeping a total of 6 in the home. Outside you will find a shower where you can rise off the sand from the beach, along with a washboard for cleaning and washing clothes. And at the end of the day you can sit on the front porch and watch the howler monkeys play in the trees. This home has recently added air conditioning units in each of the two bedrooms.
