Your dream vacation home nestled in treetops with views of the grand Pacific Ocean. Stare forever at the waves lashing against the rocks. Wake up to a new sound -the calls of howler monkeys. Forest and Surf villa was the first home made for the Balcones de Majagual project, an eco community built within a protected forest reserve, a sister development from the creators of Morgan's Rock.
Out of the many viewing decks, enjoy breakfast and coffee to the chirping of different birds that sing in rhythm. Then get into a daily cleaned dipping pool. Or take a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive down to Playa Maderas, one of Central America's most famous surfing beaches. When we say 5 minutes, we mean 5 minutes. Upstairs you will find 2 master bedrooms both with king beds and each with an ensuite bathroom and a kids room with a single bed. Downstairs is a third bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The house can sleep up to 7 people. Rental of a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended.
