This beautiful property is a cozy and pleasant vacation home located in Las Peñitas, a beach of artisanal fishermen, very close to Poneloya. It has several hotels and restaurants for all budgets. The town has bars and little shops where you can buy basic goods. During vacation seasons such as Easter or New Year's Eve, this quiet beach is highly visited by national tourists from all over the country, and many foreigners. Party atmosphere, private evening events, and beach concerts abound in those seasons.

Casa Coco has four air-conditioned rooms with very comfortable beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and common areas to enjoy with the family. It also has a pool next to a small terrace with hammocks to relax, and next to it has a grill. The house is in front of the sea which allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Las Peñitas. The house assumes 40 kilowatts of energy per day, the surplus (if any) will be assumed by the client.
