Casa Millor, a modern, beautiful home in Playa Marsella, is less than a 20 minute drive from San Juan del Sur on the Emerald Coast of Nicaragua. Enjoy the privacy and peace of this beachfront retreat while still having easy access to nightlife, surfing, restaurants, and the best amenities in the area. Surrounded by tropical forest and with direct access to the beach, you will feel like you have your own private piece of paradise.

Playa Marsella is a jewel among the multiple beaches of San Juan del Sur; a social beach with friendly neighbors and a distinct Nicaraguan vibe. We hope you get to enjoy the cooperative spirit of this community as well as our famous Nicaraguan hospitality and laid back beach environment. Within walking distance you can go to rustic restaurants, horseback riding, or just sit back and enjoy the sun.

Casa Milor can accommodate from 2 up to 10 people. Gorgeous views are enjoyed from the all 04 bedrooms to the poolside hammocks and everywhere in between. Surrounded by luscious forests, you can watch for birds or monkeys, lounge around the house or cabana, take a dip in the 10 m pool or use your own direct beach access to swim or surf in the waves. All 4 bedrooms have A/C and their own bathroom. There's also a half bathroom next to the pool. The house has a modern fully equipped kitchen and very comfotable common areas that you'll be able to enjoy with family and/or friends. You can also enjoy the rancho next to the refresing pool and grilling area. The house assumes 30 kilowatts de electricity per night, the surplus (if any) would be paid by the guest.
