Description
Iguana Beach House is one of the few truly beach front homes with swimming pool available for vacation rental in this area. It is situated on perhaps Nicaragua's most beautiful stretch of sand and is conveniently located right between two premiere surf breaks. IBH has been completely remodeled in 2021!!! It contains all the creature comforts: AC throughout the entire house, Wi-Fi, cable TV, propane BBQ grill, back up generator and housekeeping three days per week. Meal plan service is not available in this property.
The Iguana Beach House is a newly renovated from top to bottom 4BR/4BA contemporary colonial home using a wide array of local tile and high quality hardwood finishes. It has generously sized bedrooms, each with big views of the sea. All bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the decks, veranda and ocean beyond. There is one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Three of the bedrooms each have 2 twin beds that can be unified to create a king bed upon request. The northernmost bedroom has 2 queen beds. Iguana Beach House is a full service rental; complete with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable.
