Casa Encantos is a gorgeous beachfront villa, located in the Hacienda Iguana development on Nicaragua's Emerald Coast. This elegant yet comfortable home includes 5 bedrooms - 3 in the main house and 2 in the detached casita - each one furnished exquisitely and with an ensuite bathroom. This villa includes A/C in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi throughout, Smart TV in the living room, and all of the creature comforts from home to make your vacation more enjoyable. Please note that this home does not include a back-up power source.
In the classic colonial style, Casa Encanto's first-floor living and dining spaces open up to a spacious verandah, with a swimming pool and the beach mere steps away. Lounge in the hammock while a cook prepares your meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or eat a freshly grilled meal at the outdoor dining table.
Located on the 1st floor are two guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and can be set up as king beds or 2 twin beds. The 2nd floor contains the primary bedroom equipped with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and breathtaking views of the ocean. For large groups, space is added to this rental property with the addition of the detached casita that is on-site but separate from the main house. This casita contains 2 ensuite bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 4 twin-sizes beds that can be converted into 2 king beds.
