New appliances, a six burner stove, breakfast bar, and all the tools are there for the cook in your group. Even the water dispenser is perfectly thought out providing both cold and hot water for your use. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the common area. There is ample, comfortable seating, AC, a flat screen TV, a chest of board games, and of course, that ocean view. Slide open those doors and let the salt air in.

Each bedroom comes with comfortable, new mattresses, a flat screen tv and a safe for valuables, AC and of course, and ensuite bathroom with hot water. Casa Felicity comes with a generous kwh allowance of 50kwh a day. This is super generous with the high efficiency AC's and appliances! Overages are charged at 0.50cents per kwh.
